  • On-campus Dining: Enjoy delicious and convenient meals and snacks at nearby cafes and canteens, such as the TAFE Canteen and Nooks Place.
  • Retail Essentials: Nearby Coles Express and Woolworths Metro offer easy access to groceries and everyday necessities.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • UNSW Randwick Campus (R14) is situated at 22-32 King Street, Randwick. If you’re traveling from Central Station or the CBD – you can catch the Light Rail or Bus.

    • Light Rail: The nearest Light Rail service is the L2 Randwick line, stopping at Wansey road, which is then a short 5-minute walk to the campus.
    • Bus: There are several bus routes that serve this area, providing additional transport options.
    • Walk: Alternatively, you can enjoy a leisurely walk from the UNSW College campus in Kensington to the UNSW Randwick (R14) campus. The walk takes approximately 30 minutes and allows you to explore the vibrant surroundings.

  • Need to travel between Randwick, Kensington and other campuses? Take advantage of the free UNSW shuttle bus service.

    • Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 10:15pm, following a specific timetable.

    How do I take the shuttle bus?

    • From Kensington to Randwick: The bus stop is located at Gate 8, High Street, Kensington, within the main UNSW Kensington campus. Refer to the map below for directions to Gate 8.

    From UNSW College, it’s an 18-minute walk to Gate 8. Once there, wait according to the scheduled time for the shuttle bus.

    • From Randwick to Kensington: The bus stop is inside the UNSW Randwick campus entrance. Once there, wait according to the scheduled time for the shuttle bus. Refer to the map below for directions to the campus.

    You can track the Shuttle Bus using the SafeZone app. Free from the App Store or Google Play. Please log in or register with your UNSW zID or UNSW email address.
